The cottage at North Mill is bright and spacious. 
The large living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table that can seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new induction cooker, a fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. 
 
The bedroom has a king size bed - all towels and bed linen are included as well as soap, shampoo and hair dryer. There is an iron and ironing board for guests' use.   

We live next door and don't mind at all if you need to contact us with any queries during your stay. We can recommend various excellent restaurants in Ashburton and surrounding towns and villages and we have a supply of leaflets and information on tourist attractions in the area.  There is a Smart TV in the living room as well as DVDs, games. books and maps. 

The view from the living room looks across to The Terrace - a popular local walk through farmland alongside the River Ashburn.
